daffodils, again

The last of my daffodils.   I prefer the yellows - so bright as the spring begins - they sing to my heart the song it needs to hear.  But these line my driveway - They are the last to bloom - and I am ready for the change - their color is a nice contrast to the greening of the grass and the ground cover - so I do like them in their time.

Today was the first soccer game - and as the team is learning to play together, I am learning to photograph a new sport.  I have many shots  with too much shadow on the faces and very focused grass.  I had one that I had played around in Photoshop to make it acceptable - but the boy wouldn't be blipped today.  Oh well - another time - I think every Saturday until the end of May - and that will give me time to improve!
