Skateboard Park

Look where I am?  I’m in the skateboard park and I’m off my lead. Yay!!

Normally, I go into ‘killer collie’ mode when I’m near skateboarders.  Today I went to work with Ann and we went for a walk through the park first.  I was allowed off my lead to walk past the skateboard area.  I’ve NEVER, EVER, been allowed off my lead here before.

At 8.30am there were no skateboarders in the skateboard park so Ann said, ‘Molly, would you like to go for a play in the skateboard park.  It really isn’t that scary.’

OK; so when there’s no skateboarders there…………………..  Do you know what? …………….  It really isn’t very scary.

BUT……………………………….

…………….Skateboard jumps are a bit slippy????

I like ‘climbing’ so I tried climbing to the top of the skateboard jumps but my paws were sliding all over the place.

I don’t think ‘skateboard jumps’ are a very good place for a gorgeous little collie to have a play.

……………And then I’ve had to spend all day at work with Ann.  .........And then she made me go to the 'Rum & Crab Shack' for a couple of bottles of Prosecco (her, not me.  Obviously she didn’t drink 2 bottles all by herself).

As soon as we got home I got my dinner but I haven’t the energy to eat it.  I’m totally exhausted.  Going to work all day is hard work.  Lying flaked out now and I need to conserve my energy.....................................

...........................Tomorrow is 'big long walk Sunday'. Yay??!!!
