Tucked into a couple of Arbroath Smokies tonight, heated under the grill with strips of bacon and served with boiled tatties - a real taste of home. They arrived today, fresh from Arbroath, and I have to say were absolutely delicious. Not normally available in France by post, our friendship with Stuart Scott of arbroathsmokiesdirect.co.uk brought us a special delivery - for which we are immeasurably grateful! What excitement there was when the postie brought them to the door! We have another pair and are sifting through our recipes to decide how to serve them.
