FRC April 15

Another trip to see progress with the new Queensferry Crossing.  The towers are about twice the height they were back in January.  Hope they don’t get much taller or my whole series of images since January 2013 will not match up.
 

Looks like the strand jacks have been installed on the blue metal frames ready to begin lifting deck sections into place.
 
It was a rather windy day and the clouds in the distance caught up with me just in time for getting back in the car, which was rather lucky as the rain was pouring out of them.
 
Mrs F is off out on a girls night out with the cousins tonight so I think I will go and meet up with K for a couple of pints in his local.
