Potty

Out for a Park Run this morning to keep the fitness ticking over on the run up to the British Champs in a couple of weeks. A lot breezier and cooler than the last week especially on an open race course.

Picked up a bargain jumper on the way home. This was Richard's fault for suggesting I had a browse whilst in M & S.

On our afternoon dog walk by the pottery noticed this group of pots which stood out in the sunshine.
