It's that time of year again: +1/3 is another year older and in his last year before becoming a teenager. Where did the time go?! By birthday decree, pancakes for breakfast this morning, pizza and cake this evening.

Cycling to work today was a mistake after yesterday's exertions: weak arms and just about bonking on the way back home...
