Evening blossom

Friday was a day spent catching up with correspondence and doing various post-holiday tasks (including sorting out my holiday photos), so it was early evening before I made time for my daily blip.

Took a notion to drive down to Cumbernauld Village in the hope that there may be some views in and around the Langriggs or the kirkyard. First stop was the Parish Church and surprised to see the trees in blossom (although they were past their best) since they weren't when I last visited only about ten days ago.

Despite the fading light I fired off a few shots and returned home job done.
