pekingese of plants

Now I can't remember the proper name of this plant, but it is basically an overbred buttercup. In the same way that pekingese are so overbred they can't really breathe properly, this rannunculus plene wotsit is probably no use to bees but it does look pretty and is one of only a few bad bee plants in the garden.
We have just had a sharp shower, the first bit of rain for ages. Hope it's dry tomorrow cos it' s open toed sandles whatever!
