Yum!

With no oven and only a microwave, electric frying pan and an electric steamer, cooking is going to be a challenge.

One that I'm sort of looking forward to, I'm a bit kitchen geeky like that!

PS I've managed to cull the cookbooks down to 4 boxes.. Go me!
