Ever wondered where airline food comes from?  

I have a vision of Jamie Oliver and his mates in goggles with scarves trailing in their wake, as they juggle frying pans at 30,000 feet.

It’s now 9.00am in Hong Kong and 2.00am in the UK.  The plane to Heathrow leaves at midday.  We arrive at 18.10pm UK time which will be 1.10am tomorrow in HK and Perth.
