She would kill me if she knew I had published this. It wasn't the smoking that got her but breast cancer secondaries in the bone. She has tried for years to give up but has struggled so much. Now what's the point? Heartbreaking. She is in so much pain, it's hard to watch and be so helpless. Managed to sort out her medication today. She has nearly 30 tablets to take a day -but it's keeping her here and that's all she wants (to see her Grandchildren grow up).
