a modeling fee

I spent time on the floor yesterday taking some photos of Lightning, who is now 10 months old. We both had a good time! I got to revisit and relearn my camera's settings (I even looked in the manual!). I also had an ah-ha moment when I realized I really needed to be using the flash for what I was trying to do, duh! I have been on auto-pilot as far as settings go and rarely use the flash, so it was all good. Lightning put up with so many photos I thought it was only fair he got a modeling fee . . . 
. . . . a kiss on  the nose and a new toy made from some old ribbons! 
He seemed to appreciate it though : 0 )
