Mucky pup!

After work today I met my 3 boys at our local greasy spoon:

They had been to the Flayground and Noo, in particular, was filthy!! I almost disowned him!! He had shared a tea cake with GravyC, followed by his favourite......carrot cake! ZQ, a 'growing lad', had a sausage and bacon sandwich followed by treacle tart!!! They all kindly waited while I had a bacon sandwich and coffee. Home for a snooze (it's becoming a dirty habit!!) before an evening of sports massage.

No running today, but I did do my 6am strength and conditioning class. GravyC braved a bike ride with suspected broken / dislocated rib....
