MR BLACKBIRD WITH A GRUBBY BEAK

Today  I worked on two 1970's Martins - back when Martin still made really good honest instruments - a beautiful D-45 12-string - one of only 7 made + a D-28 6-string with a horrific third time broken headstock which had been twice repaired with enthusiastic incompetence. A nice challenge!

You would have had a photo of that - only to be rescued by Mr Blackbird who's obviously got other offspring somewhere in the neighbourhood...
