Birds Foot

Actually Bird's-Foot-Trefoil to give it a full and proper title.

I knew this as Lady's Slipper as a child although apparently it's got dozens of names including Crow-Toes and Bacon and Eggs.

This pretty little wildflower is growing on several roadside verges on my way to work........very pretty!
