After the Red Sea Parted

From Exodus 20.

20. Then Miriam the prophetess, Aaron's sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her, with tambourines and dancing.
21. Miriam sang to them: Sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. The horse and its rider he has hurled into the sea.

This is one of the better statues at a local cemetery. The others I can play critic with, but I kind of like this one.

Even though the high grasses are dead, they still provide a pretty backdrop. Beyond the grasses, you can see how gray it is around here.

That's hard for me. To leave the green of Florida, to come home to gray.

Oh well.
