Preparation

TC wanted me to plant potatoes so I bought a couple of bags of seed potatoes. I said I would need help to dig the ground to plant them. We have an electric rotavator but haven't used it for a number of years so he thought he would get it out and try it. I left him to get on with after telling him which boxes he could rotavate I was in the flower garden and he came and said to come and see what he had done. Well I got a surprise as he had rotavated the box that I had planted lupins, aquilegias and delphiniums in to overwinter and they had just started to grow. He thought they were weeds.
