A rare sight

Although she lives locally, it is rare that I see Shelly Woods out training. She is in the UK for a month before jetting off again to prepare for competition before the Paralympics.

Most of my shots today are eithe blurred or are of the vehicle following! Such was the speed Shelly was going.
When I did follow in the car it was at a steady 15mph! I can just about hold that speed on my 21 gear bike. Shelly does it ONLY by pushing!

In other news the sails have been replaced on the windmill I blipped the other day and it looks so much better. It would have been today's blip but Shelly wins hands down, as I hope she does later in the year.
