Don't look back

The other day at work we were trying to figure out if there was a word to describe a feeling of nostalgia for things that haven't happened yet. I've only got a couple of weeks to go before I start my new job, and am currently working on my final Filmhouse programme, my 116th. I'm very much looking forward to moving into a new post, and there are aspects of my current job that drive me crazy, but it's been almost ten years, and I'm feeling a little wistful about doing things for the last time. I bet the Germans have a word for it. Or the French (though theirs wouldn't be as long as the Germans', obviously).
