Yvonne Fletcher

Walking through St James's Square and noticed this memorial to Yvonne Fletcher, who was shot on the 17 April 1984 outside the Libyan Embassy.  It was very dusty and surrounded by the most ugly crowd control barriers.  So little attention to one of the first of our security services killed by terrorists in the line of duty.
