Say it with flowers

I was at work today looking longingly at the sun but stuck to my desk for most of the day. I knew by the time I got home chances for blipping would be limited. So I decided I had to get something when out for lunch.

Walking down to M&S in the railway station I was tempted by sights I had taken before. But as I was entering the shop there were some lovely flowers for sale. I decided I would take a quick blip.

On the way back there was an accordion player on the street. I would have loved to take him but did not pluck up the courage to ask so have to settle for saying it with flowers.

It's strangely quiet at home with son, girlfriend and dog gone on holidays. But with the nights light it's very quiet and relaxing. I finished an audio read today - David Lodge's Deaf Sentence. I liked it, raised some powerful issues as it progressed from the light hearted start.
