First butterfly of the year...

Out enjoying the spring day!  It was very high up in a tree, so it's a bit small!  :-)

I'm having curry tonight (Mr K hates curry so it's only for me).  It's a Jalfrezi from a jar.  It's the first one I've had for a while.  The last time I had it, I bit into something hard, spat it out, and saw that it was a black beetle - crushed by my teeth!  Needless to say, it has taken a few weeks before I can even contemplate using another jar, but as it's SO much easier than making it from scratch, and my tastebuds are yearning for a curry, I'm giving it a go this evening!  :-)
