Another Tough Day

Would have been Mum's 75th birthday today, last year we went to her favourite TV Chef's restaurant James Martin in Malton, she loved it. To mark her birthday this year i went to lay some flowers at the tree in the Crematorium where her ashes are scattered. It was the first time i had been, and was rather emotional :(. Obviously other people's ashes are scattered there too, ( grandma and Granddad ). Someone had put an owl key ring on the tree, which was rather comforting, as mum loved owls :-). Nice to know she is amongst like minded ashes, as well as her mum and dad. My plan was to then go to another place we used to go for Sunday lunch on a regular basis, but couldn't bring myself to go without her :(. Instead i went to the garden centre, where i had seen a cool planter in the shape of an owl. As i was looking for a plant to go in the planter i spotted this beautiful butterfly fluttering around this lovely pink plant, it even hung around long enough for me to take s few shots of it. So decided that this plant was the one to go in the owl planter, and the picture was to be my blip.
