Kynance Cove

A beautiful morning for a walk. Boat repairs completed, all packed and off we went. There was s cool easterly wind but we headed down to the cove for cream tea. The tide was in so walking on the sand wasn't possible when we got there. Its a magical place :)

Then for the long drive to surrey with a short stop at mum's to check on her progress. She is so much more mobile even compared to thursday. Sarah and i were both impressed! Mum had even taken a bus on Monday as the hospital said that was the earliest day.

Our final stop was at harvester for dinner - not impressed!

Then the big goodbyes with sarah as i am not sure when i'll see her again in the next few months. :(
