IN USLAR WE VISITED THE BUTTERFLY PARK
we went by car, Piet Hein driving! When we entered we were for a long time the only visitors. Later came two women with a little girl. If you sit still on a chair the butterflies come towards you. But today they didn't. They flew around or eat of the banana or orange. Or chased one another, or hided under leaves. Quails with babies on the ground, running.
Not an easy task to take pictures that come out well.
On our way back we visited the cloister church in Lippoldsberg, build in 1150.
Of such serene beauty and quietness!
In the garden of the cloistershop we drank coffee and walked in the enormous garden, with several buildings and huts on the ground and in the trees. with roses, chrysanthemums, peonies, a veggie garden, and so much other marvellous things to see.
My haiku:
I chased the blue ones
They chased each other swiftly
Their blues they can hide
And the german proverb:
She/He that blows in the fire will get sparks in her/his eyes.
