Intertwining lives
This is the 11th Century church of All Saints in Wold Newton at 9 am this morning.
Later on Malcolm Gee's funeral was held here. We lived next door to the Gee's farm in Folkton and the children loved to ride and play in their fields. When they retired they moved to Wold Newton. Eleven years later we bought their house in Wold Newton and they moved to a bungalow in the village. Just after Christmas a fire destroyed their home and Anne moved into the little holiday cottage that we have in the garden while they rebuild their home.
Sadly Malcolm died a couple of weeks ago. He was a kind gentle person always considerate with a lovely sense of humour and twinkle in his eye.
