Potatoes & Pyrography
Another warm and sunny morning. I'd decided to prepare one of the deep beds for planting potatoes and burnt some labels with my pyrography tool, a gift from MrD. Planted Maris Peer and Sharps Express, the others can be planted in a couple of weeks time.
It was warm enough to sit outdoors for lunch too. I managed to pick a small bowl of salad from the garden: red-veined sorrel, Amsterdam cutting celery, curly parsley, chicory, chives, pea shoots & rocket finished off with black olives, tuna and feta cheese .... yum!
Had a lovely chat with my daughter this morning, kept me laughing for the remainder of the day :-))
