Through the Looking Glass

My adventures on this day included a stop at the Arboretum, and what did I find inside the Glass House at the children's garden but several bouquets that featured both flowers and pussy willow catkins.

There were some magnifying glasses lying nearby, in red, blue, and yellow (they do a good job of providing toys to inspire inquiry-based learning and entertainment). And I couldn't resist a shot of one of the bouquets through the red one.

The scene seemed quite festive and joyous. And I liked the fact that you can see the joints of the Glass House reflected in the looking glass. After all, photography is not just about what's there, is it? It's about how you see it.

The song's only relationship to this photo is that the band's name is Looking Glass. The tune: Looking Glass, with Brandy.
