Skelwith Bridge to Elterwater

Spent the morning at Westmorland General Hospital getting a dog bite from last night - not Reggie I hasten to add - cleaned up, so Mr H took me for a cake and a  coffee at Chester's at Skelwith Bridge to cheer me up. As poor Reggie was in need of a walk and a run having wandered around said hospital car park with Mr H waiting for me to have necessary treatment we set off along the footpath toward Elterwater.

Stunning scenery, and lots of sticks to chase, and people to admire him so a good afternoon.  Photography somewhat hindered by having arm in sling - I'm pointing and composing Mr H is pressing the shutter!
