Disgraceful

Started with an early dash to asda to get Ron & Ada some shopping. All delivered by 9am- poor old things. Came home n went for a run.....like a greyhound out of a trap! Need to control the pace to help with breathing.
Started to clean the fascia n guttering as they are disgusting. If I finish the window frames the window cleaner will be around this week. Bin day tomorrow so hopefully more ivy to get down. Chipshop for tea- no time to cook!!
The ISS is passing twice now in the evenings again- love it!!
