South Bank holiday

I spent the day with the girls from my Couchsurfing experience. Sharon and Tina had stayed there two days longer than me and Carla, so when they arrived in the city we got to hear about their experience with the host. He had physically threatened another guest the night before, so we talked about reporting him to Couchsurfing. He'd made me feel unwelcome but this was way too far.

We had a picnic on the grass on South Bank and sat talking (and sleeping!) for hours. In the evening we got some beer and wine and sat on the hostel terrace until midnight. It was really relaxing and how a public holiday should be spent!
