Whats the time

This thing divides a community. Many love it; many despise it; a few are indifferent. When I started blipping I promised myself I wouldn't even photograph this thing let alone blip it (you can probably tell which camp i'm in). I feel dirty, I photographed and now I'm blipping it. This thing is a water clock... of sorts... you know what I don't even care to explain anything else about it.
