It's In The Stars

At the bank, paying a bill on a Saturday morning in betwixt two bank holidays, seems a bit weird. Went to the Registered Office of RBS, Dundas House in St Andrew’s Square where the stars form the windows in the ceiling of the banking hall. A banking hall that, to me, seems to a fairly efficient use of space and technology, but it seems that according to RBS they need to spend probably tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of pounds to ‘improve’ the customer experience.
What a load of tosh, no wonder the banks lose money!
