Towel of dreams

I did something today that I've never done before. I did my 5 mile run at lunch. Liked it too. It got my away from the computer and though it was far too warm for quick sub 7 minute miles I enjoyed it. That was until about .2 miles to go and I remembered of forgotten my towel for the shower downstairs at the office. It's amazing how the brain suddenly goes aoh and tells you very quickly that you have a problem. It was already 13.35 and I had a meeting at 14.00...

Despite Selco's best efforts to prevent me from racing to Sainsbury's to buy a new towel (I will have that place shut down one day soon) I was sat in the Board Room (with a soaking wet shirt and hair as I didn't really have to time to use said towel) at 13.58... the meeting was delayed until 14.15!!!!
