The Forth Road Bridge
Husband has been bleeting on talking about crossing this bridge by foot for ages! As it was such a lovely morning with little wind today seemed the perfect day to tick that box. As we approached the bridge however the weather there was foggy. The sun was trying to break through so we decided upon an early lunch and a bit of exploring around North Queensferry first before tackling the job. L and Husband went inside The Harbour Light Tower and we walked along the pier before parking up and setting off. I couldn't believe how busy the bridge was with pedestrians and cyclists, I never notice that when I'm driving across. L did so well considering she had mentioned having sore legs from yesterday's race. We crossed over and back with some scootering and walking combined for L. We were treated to an ice-cream afterwards for our efforts.
