Old and knarly

Woke up to a foggy start this morning.........it sort of mirrored the mood really. I was going to pick mum up, then on to sis's and then on to a friends funeral. She reached a good age and hadn't been well for some time, RIP Ada. After the church service, the cemetry and then on to the wake to pay our respects. Mum always gets a little tearful but she was ok.

Afterwards we stopped off a sis's then I took mum into Manchester to the dentist. By the time we got back home it was 4.30....... We had a potter in her garden, then had tea.

This old tree is the best I can offer today in terms of a blip....I do like all its different markings.........not much time for photography today!

There was a beautiful sunset this evening but I was stuck,behind the wheel on the motorway cursing........by the time I got home it had fallen too low in the sky.....maybe tomorrow :-(
