Green on green

The birds wouldn't cooperate today and nothing came to eat the bread I threw out for them. So I wandered around looking at what else was in the backyard. The garlic chives are going to seed and against the giant rhubarb leaves I could see the black aphid that it attracts. The aphid doesn't seem attracted to anything else but the chives so it's useful for this as well as eating.
