For Auction

For those that follow my journal (all 4 of you), I put this house in my blipfolio about a month ago, as an example of a dilapidated home, which could be beautiful again if given enough love and attention. I was walking past it today and noticed the 'For Auction' sign. It is being sold by the public trustee which usually means the house has passed into the hands of the state (which will occur if there are no living relatives and no will). The block is over 650 sq metres which means that this house will very likely come accoss a very big ball and chain and it it's place a very large and ugly house be built. I would love to know the history of the house before it becomes history. Anyway, we shall see......... I still need to find you a picture of a real mcmansion as the one I posted recently does not fit the criteria. A mcmansion has to be oversized, inappropriately ornate and ugly!
