Growing Up

It is 5 years today since I first blipped - Bertie Cat was the subject, sadly he is no more. Much has changed over the past 5 years, some things for the better, some not.

Bella and Waffy met when Bella was just a few weeks old. They've been friends ever since, despite no longer living nearby. It's been lovely seeing them together this weekend, they are still very comfortable in each others company and fortunately they seem to have avoided the whole boy/girl thing.

The heat wave didn't really kick in today but it didn't stop us spending the afternoon at Maenporth having fitted the roofbars on my Fiesta for the kayaks.

We adjourned to Swanpool for ice creams (no David Baddiel and Mummy Pig today though). The world's biggest lasagne awaited us for tea, followed by yet more Easter eggs (they had their body weights in mini eggs on getting up this morning and finding them round the house).
