A good day

Even though it's a bank holiday, I wanted to go into work today. I had so much to do and I got so much done off my huge To Do list. And seeing as though it was a fairly nice day for the UK, I went to read a book in the park sunshine. Fancy.

Once home I prated about in the kitchen all night. I had my first go at tabbouleh, a 3 bean salad with mint and corriander, a lemon and corriander houmous and date, pistachio, fig and coconut breakfast bars. Can't wait for tomorrow so I can eat it all..!!
