droopy sadness.

I really dislike when flowers come to an end of being able to stand up in a vase so I try and hold on to them as long as possible.  But I also very much dislike the Decaying Vegetation smell.  
Today, I got half way to putting these once pretty girls in the (garden) bin by putting them on the back step. 
 Common sense tells me I should rescue them before some passing cat knocks the vase over.  I'll bring them back inside till tomorrow. Then I'll say. Goodbye to them.
