Little house on the prairie!

Dog walking again although today it wasn't a hardship as the weather was glorious ... And we both needed water when we got back.
I see this house across the way often and I am just a little envious of its location. There was a small derelict farmhouse there for many years and somehow the lucky people who owned it were given permission to build this one in its place.
Definitely not a small house on the prairie though! Better keep saving the pennies for this one ...
