Easter Monday to relieve the boredom I decided to cook pies, scones, jam tarts, millionaire shortbread, cakes and lamb pie to finish the lamb from yesterday.

The sun was shining, back door open and.music playing as I washed the dishes I looked to the spot where Jess used to lie when I was busy. If she saw me at the kitchen window she'd come in and pick up the scraps to keep from under my feet.
I really missed her today.
