Magnolia time again!

This superb magnolia grows in our Long Border and is a very reliable flowerer. Unfortunately I don't know what it is - I asked the previous owner but he couldn't remember!

I sent a flower to Wisley and the RHS told me it was M. campbellii, but it's a large multi-stemmed shrub and quite unlike M. campbellii in habit.

Never mind, It's lovely whatever its name is!
