The growing earth sends forth shoots

Mono Monday: Earth

April's Mono Monday challenges are being set by notowennewitt (Pete Borne) and are on an elemental theme.  With spring in mind, here is my take on the first of his challenges - "earth"


In the Spring the growing earth sends up shoots, in this case shoots of rhubarb.  Very nice they are too,  at this time of year, particularly in a rhubarb and orange crumble.  :-)
