Hot off the press

Garlic press that is.

We took an eighty mile round trip to Boundary Mill Stores in Colne and all we bought was a garlic press. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am not a shopper!

I spotted actress, Liz Dawn, (Corrie's Vera Duckworth) in the store. She has been unwell in recent years and was in a wheelchair. It didn't seem right to ask for a photo - although I might have been surprised if I'd had the courage to ask - once an actress always an actress?

Instead I've blipped my very pretty and delightfully scented spring flowers again.

Pity you can't smell them ...
