Leighton Buzzard

A good trip south to Leighton Buzzard to meet Santana's son, J, for lunch.  We hadn't seen him for a while and we had a good chat.  The Pub had lots of memorabilia from the Great Train Robbery in 1963 as it happened nearby.

Inevitably conversation turned to the forthcoming wedding of his older brother next month.  He has asked to be the Bestman and is looking forward to all that entails.

From LB we went through the Chilterns to have supper with a dear friend and her husband.  We had a great evening and it was lovely to catch up with her.
