Gluten free raw chocolate brownie recipe - Yum!
I made gluten free raw chocolate brownies today. Boy are they delicious!
Even the seagull is coming in to get some!
Some manipulation in the picture.
It's mirrored from the original.
-----------------------
Here is the recipe, especially for you Kat!
Ingredients:
300 g dark chocolate
125 g of butter
3 eggs
200 g of palm sugar (I used 100g of palm sugar and 100g of regular sugar, cause I run out of palm sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
100 g Almond flour
150 g chocolate kibbled
Melt the chocolate and butter in a warm water "bath".
Whisk(?) the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until they are foam like.
Insert the palm sugar into the foam
Gently insert the chocolate + butter mix /into the foam.
Then, mix gently in the almond flour and kibbled chocolate crumbs.
Heat the oven to 160 °C. I used a 20 cm tin / mould with baking paper. Insert the dough into the tin and bake for 27 minutes or until the surface is just solidified, but otherwise the dough is loose. Cooking will continue in the tin when you take it out of the oven. Let it be for a while.
Let cool and cut into pieces!
Put the pieces in to the refrigerator.
It's eatable for four days.
