Quandong pie

This half noshed baby is made from Australian native peach, the quandong. It's a little like quince and a little like rhubarb and a little like golden queen peaches in flavour... We had this one in Blinman, Flinders Ranges, South Austalia, where you can also get quandong jam, milkshakes and ice cream!
