MonoMonday: Earth.Earth to the Sky

Quite a busy day today, went for a run with Mark this morning and we covered 30 continuous minutes. I worked with a new Athlete today who is going to do very well. Martina runs like she is running on talcum powder her running is smooth and efficient but not only that, Martina 2 years ago finished 3rd at the World Triathlon Champs, for me this has to be the biggest honour as a coach to be able to work with an elite athlete and help them attain their goals. Thomas ran in a Mile race this afternoon at the McKenzie Highland Show and did very well. On the way home I shot this Landscape of the earth that has been ploughed and dressed by the Farmer, I have also had some of this earth on my running spikes when I won the South Canterbury Cross Country Champs a few years ago on this farm.
